Accounts Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Intern to support our Finance team in day-to-day accounting and financial activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical exposure to accounting, taxation, and finance operations in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Help in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Data entry of daily financial transactions into accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/ERP).
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for finance-related queries.
• Filing and organizing financial documents for audit purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or any relevant qualification.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Tally (preferred).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
