Job Description

Position: Accounts Faculty
Location: Manjeri
Institution: BEAT Educations
Employment Type: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical sessions in Accounting, Tally, GST, and related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans and ensure effective delivery of course content.
Guide students in understanding accounting concepts through real-world examples and case studies.
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback and support.
Stay updated with current accounting practices, taxation laws, and software tools.
Coordinate with the academic team to maintain high-quality training standards.
Assist in developing study materials and examination papers.
Support students in placement preparation and career guidance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, and MS Excel.
Strong communication and teaching skills.
Prior teaching or industry experience preferred.
