Job Title: Accounts Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Accounts Trainer to conduct high-quality training sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Manual Accounting, Tally, and GCC VAT, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and provide practical, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on Accounting, covering core modules and practical functionalities.
• Deliver lessons on Manual Accounting, Tally, and GCC VAT with real-time examples and case studies.
• Develop and customize course materials, including presentations, exercises, and assignments.
• Assess the knowledge level of students and adapt training content to meet their learning needs.
• Provide hands-on guidance through live demos and practical sessions.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback and support.
• Stay updated with current accounting practices, taxation rules, and industry trends.
• Maintain a structured, professional, and motivating classroom environment.
• Ensure students gain practical skills to prepare them for real-world accounting roles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Manual Accounting, Tally, and GCC VAT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
