Job Summary

Beat Education is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounts Faculty to join our academic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Accounting and Finance-related subjects and mentoring students to succeed in their academic and professional careers.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Deliver lectures for accounting subjects (Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation, etc.) in line with the syllabus.

· Prepare lesson plans, academic calendars, and teaching materials.

· Use modern teaching methods including smart board, PPTs, and real-time case studies.

· Conduct internal assessments, quizzes, and model exams.

· Track student performance and provide academic support/remedial classes.

· Guide students in project work, internships, and practical assignments.

· Maintain attendance, assessment records, and academic documentation.

· Assist in syllabus revisions, exam planning, and question paper setting.

· Motivate and mentor students toward academic excellence and career readiness.

Qualifications

· Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related fields.

· Minimum 6months of experience in teaching or Accounting - related work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
