Currently we're hiring for Accounts Executive, Below are the details:

Role: Accounts Executive

Experience: 0-1 Year

Location: Jaipur

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

1. Oversee and manage the full range of financial and compliance functions for the company.]
2. Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are met in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and management of internal controls. 4. Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance on technical and operational matters. 5. Collaborate closely with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support business decision-making. 6. Coordinate and manage audits, tax filings, and other financial documentation. 7. Professional qualification of Semi-Qualified CA/ senior accountant are acceptable. 8. Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance management, preferably in a limited company environment. 9. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and take ownership of responsibilities. 10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholders. 11. A commitment to stability, long-term growth, and contributing to the success of the organization.

Additional Skills:

1. Book keeping and Tally accounting.

2. Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

3. GST returns preparation and filling knowledge.

4. Direct and Indirect Taxation working Knowledge.

5. Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts; Examining financial records to check for accuracy.

6. Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses, Bank statements and manage complete accounting in Tally.
