Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in

    any accounting software

    (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation aspects.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
