Job Title:

Location: Navi Mumbai

Role Overview

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Handle
day-to-day accounting activities
including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records
Prepare
monthly reports
and assist in financial statement preparation
Ensure compliance with
GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, and ESI
requirements
Prepare and file
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
, vendor follow-ups, and reconciliations
Perform
bank reconciliations
and monitor cash & bank balances
Assist during
statutory, internal, and tax audits
by providing data and documents
Coordinate with external consultants (CA, auditors) for filings and clarifications
Maintain proper documentation and support basic process improvements

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Working knowledge of
GST, TDS, and basic income tax concepts
Hands-on experience with
Tally & Zoho Books
Good command over
MS Excel
(basic formulas, data handling)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Responsible, dependable, and well-organized
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Ethical, confidential, and process-oriented approach
