Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Work on accounting software like
Tally
and
Zoho Books
to manage daily transactions.
Prepare
client invoices
, process
vendor bills
, record
expenses
, and follow up on payments.

GST & TDS Compliance

File and manage
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and perform GST reconciliations.
Handle
TDS provisions
, return filings, and ensure statutory compliance.

Reconciliation & Reporting

Perform
bank reconciliations
, and
vendor/customer account reconciliations
.
Prepare and deliver
monthly MIS reports
to management on time.

Closures & Statements

Assist in
monthly and annual financial closures
.
Support preparation of
balance sheets
,
profit & loss accounts
, and
ITR-related documentation
.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in
Tally
,
Zoho Books
, and
MS Excel
.
Solid understanding of
GST
,
TDS
, and core
accounting principles
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accounts independently.
Hands-on experience with
Indian accounting laws and statutory timelines
.
Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / ICWA (Inter)
or equivalent.
Experience:
03 years
in accounting or finance operations (agency experience preferred).
