Accounts Executive

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive at BMW Munich Motors in Raipur, you will be responsible for preparing vouchers, invoices, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. You will handle petty cash, bank transactions, and support in the preparation of financial reports. Your role will also involve assisting in statutory compliance requirements such as GST, TDS, and PF. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments and external auditors, maintain updated ledgers, and provide support in budgeting and financial planning. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare vouchers, invoices, and maintain proper records of financial transactions. - Handle petty cash and bank transactions efficiently. - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Support in GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance requirements. - Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors. - Maintain updated ledgers and ensure accuracy of accounting entries. - Support management in budgeting and financial planning. Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred). - Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role. - Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. - Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
