Your role will involve a strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Taxation. You should be proficient in working with accounting software like Tally and Excel. Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills are required for managing financial records and handling numbers. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential for addressing financial discrepancies. Effective communication skills are necessary for liaising with colleagues, clients, and vendors. You should have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
