Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Part-Time, 2 Days/Week)

About the Role

Marx Tradelink is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities on a part-time basis (2 days per week). The role is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills who can independently handle bookkeeping, compliance, and reporting tasks while working closely with management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho, etc.)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation and filings
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) as required by management
• Support auditors during periodic reviews
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho, etc.)
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in India
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Working Arrangement

• Part-time: 2 days per week (on-site at Marx Tradelink office)
