Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Indian accounting systems. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cross-functional operations with discipline and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• GST reconciliation and filing of GST returns
  • TDS calculation and compliance• Purchase entries and vendor ledger maintenance• Daily bookkeeping and maintenance of day book• Preparation of sales invoices and tax invoices• Generation and management of E-way bills and e-invoicing• Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking• Voucher entry and sales voucher documentation• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations• Uphold discipline, respect, and professionalism in all internal and external interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and other Indian accounting platforms• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written)• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred• High attention to detail and organizational skills• A team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills• Ability to work respectfully and effectively across departments
