Job Summary

proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Sales Support

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
• Provide product information, pricing, and technical support
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Sales Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and quotations
• Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Ensure timely documentation of invoices, and delivery schedules

Internal Coordination

• Liaise with production, logistics, and design teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Communicate customer requirements clearly across departments
• Coordinate demo sessions, product trials, and client visits

Process Improvement & Feedback

• Identify gaps in the sales process and suggest improvements
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams
• Contribute to refining sales strategies and enhancing customer experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Passion for motorsports and a deep understanding of the industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications
