Job Description

As a part of the JLL team, you will be contributing to shaping the future of real estate by providing world-class services, advisory, and technology to clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accurate handling of invoices and financial reports, as well as supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Receive invoices from vendors and update them in the invoice tracker. - Prepare invoice stamps, review invoice correctness, and obtain approval from the property manager before sending them to the back-office team for booking in the accounting software. - Ensure accurate generation of common area maintenance, utility, and other invoices, collections, and updating in the accounting software. - Prepare year-end expense reconciliation reports and monitor tenant collections/credits. - Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings. - Prepare all financial reports and review them with the Compliance Manager. - Assist in annual budget preparation and year-end recoveries. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in handling invoices and financial reports. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
