Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accurate journal entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
