Job Description

Assists in formulating the hospital's credit and collection policy and administers "write-offs" in accordance with the Board-approved credit and collection policy. Establishes and maintains policies and procedures for the department.
Cultivates, maintains, and enhances intradepartmental and medical staff relationships. Plans and implements staff development activities.
Identifies, collects, and reports relevant statistical data to reflect the activities of the department and staff.
Prepares delinquent accounts for collection and acts as liaison for the hospital in the collection process.
Interviews patients at admission and discharge.
Administers the Uncompensated Care Program and Administratively Necessary Day records.
Reviews data obtained by the Admitting Department for completeness and accuracy.
Represents the hospital in court on credit and collection matters.
Assists staff in various functions required to monitor and collect delinquent patient accounts.
Walk-in interview between 12pm to 4pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
