Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including journal entries, ledger updates, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including filing returns.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
Support the senior accountant or finance manager in budgeting and forecasting.
Maintain accurate records for inventory accounting and costing (if applicable).
Generate MIS reports as required by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.
