Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Fresher)
Location: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (as per interview performance)
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and reconciliations.
Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and payment follow-ups.
Support procurement activities and inventory management.
Generate MIS reports and assist in financial documentation.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
Candidates should be willing to handle on-site visits, vendor coordination, and operational tasks requiring flexibility.
Knowledge of Tally ERP, Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS).
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and vendor coordination abilities.
