Job Description

Location:

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and track investment portfolios of the group and family members
Conduct equity research and prepare investment reports
Handle basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
Perform regular reporting and reconciliation in
Tally
Coordinate with banks for financial transactions and related documentation
Assist in audits, monthly/quarterly closure, and finalisation of accounts
Maintain records, reconciliation, and accounting of investments & securities in
Excel, MProfit, and Tally
Update and provide holding reports on a
weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Coordinate with agencies and banks for investment-related matters (rates, valuation, etc.)
Manage documentation for
dematerialisation of physical shares
Prepare documents for
opening and closing of bank accounts
Support in general accounting of group companies and family members including:

Bank transactions & reconciliations
Statutory compliances (Profession Tax, TDS, GST, etc.)

Prepare
Cheques / NEFT / RTGS
for processing
Assist in preparation of data for
IT scrutiny
and audits

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum B. Com
Experience:
57 years in accounting, finance, or investment tracking roles
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in
Tally ERP & MS Excel
Experience with
MProfit
or similar portfolio management software (preferred)

Core Skills:

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Analytical and reporting skills
Ability to handle multiple portfolios and compliance matters independently
