Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves managing financial records, assisting with accounting operations, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and accounts
• Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
• Help in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc. preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow for freshers
