Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting the finance department with timely reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense statements, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist the finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations (healthcare or service industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
