Job Description

Forum IAS is one of India’s leading platforms for civil services preparation, dedicated to guiding aspirants through every stage of the UPSC journey. We are expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and vouchers
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in coordination with external auditors
Maintain accurate records of cash flow and bank statements
Support the finance team in budgeting and expense tracking
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
Working knowledge of Tally / ERP software, Excel, and MS Office
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
