Job Title: Accounts Executive Experience Required: 3–4 Years Location: 2nd Floor, MIG H1/163, Harmu Housing Colony, Ranchi. Department: Accounts & Finance Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and possess a strong understanding of TDS, GST, and reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or any accounting software. Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents. Manage vendor and customer reconciliations on a monthly basis. Prepare GST returns, TDS workings, and assist in filing statutory compliances. Support in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Maintain proper documentation and records for all accounting transactions. Assist in payroll processing, expense verification, and petty cash management. Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred). 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP , MS Excel , and other accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances . Good communication and coordination skills.
