Accounts Executive Female (Tally)

Required Freshers & Experienced Bcom with tally knowledge

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Hari Balakrishna Automobiles, an authorized dealer of Eicher. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions in Tally Prime.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipts, and payments entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and daily cash balance reports.
• Support the monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
• Generate financial reports and statements as required by management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Data Entry, and Formatting).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Any Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com or M.Com preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good Tally knowledge can also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
