Accounts Executive - Female

As an Accounts Executive at Sri Ganga Vilas Bakery, your role will involve handling all aspects of day-to-day accounting functions to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and contribute to the financial integrity of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record daily transactions, update ledgers, and ensure the integrity of financial data. - Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile daily banking transactions and ensure that cash balances are accurate and up to date. - Tax Compliance & Filing: Prepare and submit monthly GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations. - Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports to support decision-making with accurate data. - Inventory & Cost Management: Collaborate with the operations team to track inventory and ensure accurate costing of raw materials and finished goods. - Audit & Compliance Support: Work with external auditors and provide all required financial documentation for audits. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
