Accounts Executive

Role Overview: As a Financial Accountant, your role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other relevant documents. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement. Additionally, preparing reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders is part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other relevant documents. - Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders. - Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and manage tax liabilities. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets. - Auditing: Conduct internal audits to identify areas of risk and ensure compliance with accounting standards. - Financial Advice: Provide financial advice and recommendations to management on financial matters, such as investment decisions, cost reduction strategies, and risk management. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements. - Reconciling Accounts: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, reconcile bank statements, and identify and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.,
