Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Taxation, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in handling day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts payable.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and maintain compliance with GST regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment or invoice discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Stay updated with changes in tax and GST laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounts payable, taxation, and GST.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
