Goodwill Marketing and Distributors is a rapidly growing organization providing product distribution and marketing services across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, all over India and overseas. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Office Assistant to support daily accounting operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
Manage sales invoices, purchase bills, payment receipts & vouchers
Maintain ledgers, petty cash, and daily transaction updates
Assist with GST filing, stock entry, and bank reconciliation
Coordinate with customers and suppliers for billing and payment follow-ups
Prepare documents, reports, and maintain proper filing systems
Support general office administration & communication tasks
Assist management with basic office operations

Requirements

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
Freshers can apply
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
