Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling various office management tasks including managing office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring common areas are tidy and functional. Additionally, you will be expected to answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle general inquiries via email, and accurately enter various data into internal systems while maintaining digital and physical filing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and experience with accounting software (Tally). - Managing office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring common areas are tidy and functional. - Answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling general inquiries via email. - Accurately entering various data into internal systems and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - Experience with accounting software, specifically Tally. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills.
