Job Summary:

Naga Auto Ventures LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bank transactions, ledger entries, and compliance activities. The role requires a responsible individual who can coordinate across departments and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including vendor and customer payments/collections.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cashbook entries.
• Maintain and track petty cash, ensuring all expenses are documented and approved.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and spares teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Make bank deposits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in accounting.
• Software Proficiency: MS Excel, and familiarity with GST/TDS portals.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Other Requirements:

• Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
• Job Location: Naga TVS, Perumthuruthy Junction, Thiruvalla

Mandatory Requirement:

• Candidate must own a two-wheeler (used for bank deposits )

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
