1. Offer preparation for regular and maintenance enquiries
2. Order checking and forwarding to OPC for booking
3. Enquiry file updation and enquiry-to-order monitoring
4. Sales funnel maintenance
5. Order-lost file management
6. Complaint registration on the portal and follow-up with concerned departments
7. FTO request initiation
8. Collection file maintenance and coordination with the team for DSO monitoring
9. Account adjustments and reconciliation support
10. Raising credit note (C/N) requests on the portal
11. MIS report preparation for the zone
12. Other related back-end and coordination tasks as required
• Experience: Atleast 2 years in accounts, sales coordination, customer support, or similar back-end roles
