Key Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in audit and accounting is required. The candidate should have a proven track record of handling audit engagements and accounting tasks independently.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Persons completed CA inter or completed CA articleship are desirable. Any Professional certifications such as CA, CS, CMA or ACCA can also apply, Pay scale can be increased based on the qualification and experience.

Audit and Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of audit and accounting principles, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a professional setting.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and auditing tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and tally is essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, provide recommendations, and make critical decisions.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of audit and accounting work.

Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing work environments and evolving industry standards is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

The Audit and Accounting Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing audit and accounting engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with audit standards, legal regulations, and accounting principles.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional client service and addressing their needs.
• Supervising and mentoring audit and accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the firm through business development and client acquisition efforts.
• Maintaining proper audit documents.
