Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Finalized WIF tally.
2. Prepare every month Wif salaries, attendance and salary transfer work.
3. Prepare every month tds sheet and paid tds challan of WIF.
4. Prepare WIF TDS return quarterly.
5. Prepare employees tax calculations.
6. Prepare every month PF & ESIC sheet of WIF.
7. Prepare WIF GST sheet every month and shared to krishna sir for preparing challan.
8. All Bank payments entries and BRS in WIF tally.
9. All Salaries payable entries in WIF tally
10. Creditors payable entries and reconciliation of creditors accounts in WIF tally.
11. All Cash entries in WIF Tally.
12. All Imprest & Happy pay card entries in WIF tally.
13. Suppliers bank transfer work with Jaswant sir.
14. Amazon sellers accounts reconciliation.
15. Bank work (such as donation cash deposit, petty cash withdrawal, fund bank transfer work, other work)
16. Prepare Invoices from WIF as per requirements.
17. Help team members if they need in any work.
18. Prepare Monthly MIS reports - Collaborate with Mr. Jagat and Mr. Krishna Gopal to gather, analyse, and present various financial and operational reports for senior management.
19. Coordinate with HR Team for Performance Reports – Coordinate with the HR team regarding monthly performance reports and integrate them with the monthly salary processing.
· Cost Analysis of the Centre
· Inventory and Assets report
· Report any Financial Irregularities
· Identification of challenges and improvement areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
