Job Description

As an Accounts Associate - Officer at the Ahmedabad, Gujarat location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. - Reconciling bank statements. - Processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements in a timely manner. - Actively participating in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes. - Preparing compliance documents and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. - Assisting in process formulation and implementation. Qualifications required for this role: - Hold an Inter CA / bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles. - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and MS Office. Your success in this position will depend on effective communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
