Job Description

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive in the Finance & Accounts department, your main responsibility will be to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting processes. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy. - Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. - Aid in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and tax filings. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. - Utilize accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems to effectively manage financial data.
