We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-4 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day financial operations and transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
