We are currently seeking a highly qualified Accounts Executive to join our team in Ernakulam.

Position:

1. Accounts Assistant

Location:

1. Kottayam

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Qualification:

- BCom or MCom with at least 80% in accounting subjects

- Minimum 1 Year Experience in any CA firm as Article or Audit Associate (Mandate)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

- Review and analyse preliminary financial statements and monthly reports.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Review journal entries and perform reconciliations at month-end

- Assist with GST and financial audits in collaboration with our Chartered Accountants

- Generate daily and weekly financial closing reports

- Assist Senior Accountant for overall activities.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally, internal auditing, GST reconciliation, bookkeeping, and Microsoft Excel

- Strong learning aptitude and ability to adapt quickly

- A probationary period of 3 months will apply
