We’re now looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our in-office team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records and bookkeeping
• Assist in preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and billing statements
• Handle data entry and maintain account databases
• Support monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payments and receipts
• Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist the finance manager with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
