Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with sales calls, managing client accounts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for the sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential customers.

- Manage and update client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve our clients.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and events as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

- Strong interest or background in archery is highly desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Proficient in excel

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
