We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The Accounts Assistant will provide essential support in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable/Receivable
General Ledger Maintenance
Bank Reconciliation
Expense Reporting
Administrative Support

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
