We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting functions relevant to an IT Services company and a strong willingness to build a long-term career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records using Tally Prime
Prepare and manage employee statutory records (ESIC, EPF, Professional Tax)
Perform ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of entries
Assist in monthly GST filings and related compliance documentation
Support in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Maintain documentation for audit and statutory compliance
Collaborate with HR for payroll-related matters
Stay updated on relevant tax and statutory regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Proficiency in Tally Prime
Familiarity with financial accounting functions in an IT Services company
Experience in GST filings and ledger reconciliations
Understanding of statutory compliance: ESIC, EPF, Professional Tax
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of accounts and finance
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
