Responsibilities*

Must Assist the accounts manager in day to day working.

Hard Working, Must give his 100% to the company.

Proven organizational skills

- to organize and manage the bills:

• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Assisting Manager in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Prepare Accounts payable

• Prepare Accounts receivable

• Weekly share Profit-and-loss statements

• Share Overall Accounts overview weekly report

The candidate must not be focused on a 9 to 5 job. If required, must work late hours to finish the job.

Qualification and Requirements*

Experience 2 years Necessary.

Degree in BCom, BBA may be an apt candidate for this job.

Work experience certificate, old salary slip

Thorough knowledge of Tally

Must have eye for detail and good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Occasionally will need to assist office staff for preparation of reports.

Probation Period*

The candidate shall be appointed in regular cadre after the successful completion of training period and will be on probation for a period of three to four months, during which his/her performance shall be monitored.

This period may be extended at Company's discretion.
