We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team and help streamline our operations. Job Responsibilities:Sales Management: Accurately record daily sales transactions (Cash, UPI, GST, Non-GST). Purchase Tracking: Log all purchase details, including items bought and their costs. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, identify low stock, and maintain organized records. Team Coordination: Assign tasks to workers and keep track of their daily performance. Billing: Create GST and cash bills using software like Vyapar, MyBillBook, or Excel. Expense Tracking: Document daily expenses, including salaries, transport, packing, etc. Online Order Management: Handle orders received via WhatsApp and Instagram efficiently. Reporting: Prepare and submit a weekly summary of sales and purchases. Requirements:Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and inventory management. Proficiency in using Vyapar, MyBillBook, or Excel for billing and record-keeping.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing online orders and communicating via WhatsApp/Instagram. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
