Job Description

As an Accounting and Operations Associate at our company, your role will involve a range of responsibilities to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recording and monitoring all incoming bills to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Following up on outstanding receivables and maintaining a record of collections. - Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and internal policies, and supporting audit processes. - Performing regular bank and branch reconciliations to identify discrepancies. - Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. - Maintaining and reconciling petty cash accounts. - Verifying the accuracy and completeness of financial records. - Processing purchase orders with accurate product and pricing information. - Managing sales orders and coordinating with the sales team to fulfill customer orders. - Generating and dispatching invoices accurately and in a timely manner. - Addressing any invoice-related queries from customers or clients. - Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. - Conducting regular stock counts, reconciling variances, and reporting on inventory discrepancies. - Working closely with the procurement and sales teams to maintain accurate inventory records. - Handling customer support queries. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 0-1 year of experience in accounting and operations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. - Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
