Job Title: Accounts & Operations Executive – Shubham Estates (Mohali) Job Summary: We are hiring a mature, responsible, and presentable Accounts & Operations Executive to manage accounts work, banking tasks, documentation, and property site visits in the real estate sector. Responsibilities: Handle daily accounts entries, payments, receipts, and banking tasks. Maintain client files, booking forms, transfers, NOCs, and sale/purchase records. Visit developers/companies for documentation and property transfer work. Show properties to clients and attend site visits on behalf of the company. Assist in property registrations and maintain proper documentation. Communicate professionally with clients and represent the company well.
