Job Summary

The Accounts & Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, financial operations, and business operations, ensuring smooth execution of supply chain, logistics, and vendor management processes. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts / Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts for vendors and customers.
  • Track and reconcile bank statements and cash flows.
  • Assist in GST filing, HSN/SAC classification, and compliance.
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking for operations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management.

Operations

  • Manage vendor coordination, including raw materials, packaging, and product supplies.
  • Oversee inventory management, including incoming/outgoing stock, warehousing, and storage.
  • Coordinate logistics and transport, including trucks, delivery schedules, and freight.
  • Support product packing, standardization, and quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and supply chain metrics.
  • Assist in process optimization across operations for efficiency and cost control.

Administrative & Support

  • Maintain accurate documentation for internal audits and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Support management in special projects, reporting, and operational planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts, finance, or operations (logistics/warehouse experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, or other accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and HSN/SAC codes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and solve operational challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thiruverkadu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
