We work closely with field sales teams to ensure efficient market coverage and actionable insights. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Backend Executive to support our field sales operations. You will act as a critical link between our office and field sales team, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate market mapping, and timely customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Fix appointments for field sales executives and coordinate customer visits. Support field executives by creating detailed market maps and managing customer databases. Monitor and analyze customer purchase behavior and trends to provide actionable insights. Serve as the “buddy” for assigned field sales executives, assisting them with mapping, reporting, and remote customer support. Ensure timely communication between field executives and the office. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, market data, and customer interactions. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize field strategies and customer engagement. Handle ad hoc tasks to support the sales team, including follow-ups, data entry, and reporting. Qualifications & Skills: Any graduate degree. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with digital tools for mapping, CRM, and reporting. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
