**Job Description:** As a Finance Executive, your role involves preparing and checking ledger balances, monthly and yearly accounts, and completing tax returns, GST returns, and national insurance contributions. You will be responsible for handling company expenses, preparing financial reports, and participating in planning and budget control. Your duties will also include preparing journal entries, sales & purchase entries, and cash entries, as well as completing general ledger operations. Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements will be part of your regular tasks. You will reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, draw up monthly financial reports, and prepare analysis of accounts as requested. Additionally, you will assist with year-end closings, prepare tax computations and returns, and help in preparing budgets and forecasts. Monitoring and resolving bank issues, including anomalies and check differences, will be crucial. You will also be responsible for account/bank reconciliations, reviewing and processing expense reports, and handling monthly GST & TDS working.
