Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Compliance Executive located in West Delhi. The Accounts and Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing company accounts, and assisting with audits. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, liaising with regulatory bodies, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely tax consultancy. Additionally, the role involves handling business compliance and assisting with trademark registration and annual filings.

Qualifications

• Strong regulatory compliance skills and knowledge of relevant laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills to assess and interpret financial data
• Familiarity with company law and business compliance
• Experience in auditing and tax consultancy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
