Job Summary

The selected candidate shall assist the company's accountant in book-keeping, accounting, compliance & administrative functions of the company.Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare and maintain accounts in Tally / Zoho that will be reviewed and used by the accountant to prepare tax returns and perform the annual financial audit.
Recording of cash receipts and bank deposits and monthly reconciliations of bank ac-counts.
Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors & purchase supplies and equipment as authorized.
Tag and monitor fixed assets and equipment, maintaining a property ledger for IT and non-IT equipment.

Required Experience And Qualifications

Hands-on knowledge in book-keeping, Tally & Zoho software & accounting.
Knowledge of admin functions preferred.
A good knowledge of MS Office and a pleasing personality are required.
